Ilme introduces the first universal adapter for RJ45 patch cables
Manufacturer Ilme has developed an adapter that allows RJ45 plugs to be plugged in quickly and easily, without having to disassemble the patch cable or re-assemble a plug. This makes the CJK 8M the first universal adapter for the most common RJ-45 patch cables. With the launch of CJK 8M, Ilme is responding to market demand for a universal adapter for standard LAN interfaces, for control panels in robotics applications and data control panels.
The CJK 8M adapter consists of three essential components:
- A universal adapter that keeps the RJ45 plug in its standard position.
- The fastening clip, which fixes the insert in the correct position.
- A cut, IP67 sealing ring, which is inserted around the cable into the screw connection.
The RJ45 plug, in combination with the adapter, is suitable for installation in the Ilme "21.21" series of housings with M25 cable input. If necessary, they can have additional coding (coding elements CR KC).
