Situation:
One of our customers, active in the field of thermal sensors, was looking for a circular, compact connector with a 10-pole insert for their latest digital pyranometer. One of the main requirements was that the connector also had to be suitable for outdoor use (IP69K). Because the connector would be clearly visible for the public, it was of great importance as well that de connector would perfectly fit the overall look of the application.
Solution:
The M16 connector from Hummel appeared to be ideally suited to comply with all technical requirements. And from an esthetic point of view, you must admit that the pyranometer and Hummel’s M16 connector are made for each other!
